The Silkery honors a person's right to privacy. We do not use cookies. We do not keep track of your browsing on our site. We do not share our customer’s information with anyone. We do not sell our customer's information. We do not use spam of any sort.

Unless under legal mandate, information provided to us by our customers or prospective customers is not shared with any other business or government agency.

The Silkery may keep lists of former customers, their charge information, and/or their merchandise preferences for internal purposes (i.e. for customer convenience and/or for inventory adjustment). Inactive customers are deleted from our lists unless a request is made otherwise by the customer.

The Silkery Newsletter is only sent to customers who have specifically requested such.
