Return Policy |

| Items are returnable for exchange or store
credit IF they have not been used. Unless written arrangements
were made before purchase, sale items and fabric cut from a
bolt are NOT returnable.

| Notes:
1. Sale invoice or sale slip or photo copy of such
must accompany all returned merchandise. Exchanges or returns
are not possible without receipt. |
| 2. Return authorization is required
on mailed items. No return authorization is required if brought
directly to The Silkery mall store. |
| 3. All returns must be initiated within
20 days of purchase and completed within 30 days of purchase
except items purchased prior to a holiday season (i.e. Christmas)
which must be initiated with 30 days or a reasonable amount
of time determined in written form on the sales slip or invoice
at the time of purchase and completed within 40 days of purchase. |
| 4. For your health and safety, lingerie
and other undergarments are generally NOT returnable. Those
in in their original sealed package and show no wear or use
whatsoever may be returnable. Determination of use is made
by Silkery staff ONLY. |
| 5. There will normally be a restocking fee. Customer
pays all shipping charges.
